My Space Planner macro enables you to define and report on room spaces in a highly configurable manner. Spaces are created as polylines and can
be assigned a label with up to 5 lines of information as defined by the user.
Extensive reporting is available. You can also assign a
category to each space and include sub-totals by category (or by layer) in the detail report. The report can be copied to the clipboard for easy
pasting into other applications such as Excel.
Space Planner macro is based on the Blocker macro written by Bill D'Amico almost 30 years ago. I undertook to write it after Bill confirmed that he had no intention of any further development of Blocker.
Although it can report on spaces created by Blocker, this is an entirely original macro and has no connection with Bill.

v1.0.1.02 released 28 May 2018 improved handling of rectangular spaces that were not parallel to the axis.
v1.0.2.02 released 1 Jun 2018 fixed error that occurred if you pressed the comma key partway though entering a polyline. Also prevented labels on OFF layers from displaying.
v1.0.2.04 released 3 Oct 2018 fine-tuned the selection of existing polylines & fixed outline of detail report in some instances.
v1.0.2.05 released 16 Jan 2019 prevents the macro from crashing DatCAD in the event that the support files are not found.
